The reuse of electric vehicle batteries increases their lifespan by 5 to 10 years depending on the applications.

By reusing used batteries, the demand for new raw materials such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel is reduced, thereby limiting the environmental impacts associated with their extraction.

With the rapid rise of electric vehicles, current battery recycling capacity is not sufficient to meet the demand. Reuse thus becomes crucial to ensure a stable supply of batteries.
